The Reason Why People Lazy to do Physical Exercise

There are some reasons people are to lazy or reluctant to exercise. Though fit and active all day and every day can reduce the risk of diabetes, heart disease, stroke, cancer and dementia, but 94 percent of respondents did not consider a recent survey of physical fitness as the most important aspect of their lives.

Surprisingly, a survey conducted in the UK revealed that one in 10 respondents claimed never to do any physical exercise for more than a decade (10 years). Even a fifth of respondents admitted last active physical activity while still in school or college and only a quarter of respondents claimed diligent exercise in the past week.

From a survey of 2,000 people was also known that long working hours are the main reasons for the 41 percent of respondents for skipping exercise followed by child care (33 percent).

Married also be a reason for the 22 percent of respondents to stop exercising diligently.

"If you are not physically active, then your risk for heart attack will increase," said researcher Ellen Mason of the British Heart Foundation.
"It's different if you keep active and fit, because that way you can prevent and manage a variety of health conditions that can foster cardiovascular disease risk. Moreover, you are also in the form of heart muscle so if you exercise, it will get more benefits from the activity," he concluded .
