People who frequently work overtime and night shift hours often experience poor health, because they have to stay awake all night. But there are a few tips to stay healthy though often work in the evenings.
People who work night shifts or working late often suffer from insomnia. Working at night of course makes the body of stress, because the body is biologically designed to be active during the day and rest at night. The way the body works and the type of hormone produced varies depending on whether people are sleeping or awake.
If your sleep schedule off track, it can disrupt the sleep-wake cycle (circadian rhythm) were normal and body is not functioning properly, which eventually will lead to insomnia and other health problems.
